Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "the Terms", "these Terms", or "this Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (hereinafter "the User", "you", or "your") and bet4cuxi (hereinafter "the Platform", "we", "us", or "our"), governing your access to and use of the website located at https://bet4cuxi.cam and all associated services, products, software, and content offered thereon (collectively, "the Services").

bet4cuxi reserves the right to verify your eligibility at any point. Failure to satisfy any of the above criteria — whether at registration or at any later stage — will result in the immediate suspension of your Account and forfeiture of any bonus funds. Real money funds will be returned to the payment method used for deposit following KYC verification, subject to any applicable fraud or abuse investigation.

Account Registration & KYC Verification

Each individual is permitted to hold one Account only on the bet4cuxi Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using the same or different personal details, email addresses, device fingerprints, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

During registration, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, contact number, and country of residence. You undertake to promptly update your Account information if any details change.

KYC Verification: bet4cuxi conducts identity verification (KYC) as a condition of processing withdrawals and in certain other circumstances at our discretion. You may be required to provide the following documentation:

• A valid government-issued identity document — Malaysian MyKad, passport, or equivalent
• Proof of residential address (utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence dated within the past three months)
• Proof of the payment method used to fund your Account (e.g., screenshot of your e-wallet account or bank statement showing your name)

Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe requested will result in a temporary hold on your withdrawal request. bet4cuxi is not liable for any losses or inconvenience arising from delayed withdrawal processing due to incomplete KYC documentation.

Deposits & Withdrawals

bet4cuxi supports a range of Malaysian-friendly payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals, including Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank), Visa/Mastercard, and cryptocurrency (USDT TRC20, BTC). All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless you elect to use cryptocurrency, in which case the applicable exchange rate at the time of the transaction shall apply.

Deposits:

• Minimum deposit amount: RM 30 (may vary by payment method — see the Cashier for current limits)
• Deposits made via e-wallets (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay) are typically credited instantly
• Bank transfers via FPX or DuitNow typically process within 5–10 minutes

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, where technically feasible
• KYC verification must be completed before your first withdrawal is processed
• Minimum withdrawal: RM 50. Maximum withdrawal limits may apply depending on your Account tier and the payment method selected
• bet4cuxi aims to process approved withdrawals within minutes for e-wallet methods; bank transfers may take up to one business day
• We reserve the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests exceeding certain thresholds, in accordance with our anti-money laundering procedures

Betting Rules & Void Bets

All bets placed on the bet4cuxi Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the product category (sports betting, live casino, RNG games, e-sports) as published in our Help Centre. In the event of any conflict between product-specific rules and these Terms, the product-specific rules shall prevail in respect of that product.

Accepted Bets: A bet is deemed accepted only when the Platform has generated a unique Bet ID confirmation and the stake has been deducted from your Account Balance. Bets placed during platform maintenance windows, system errors, or on markets displaying manifestly incorrect odds may be voided at our discretion.

Circumstances under which a bet may be declared void include:

• The market was suspended or the event was cancelled or postponed beyond the applicable reinstatement period
• The odds displayed were the result of a manifest error or technical malfunction
• Evidence of match-fixing, collusion, or corrupt activity affecting the outcome of the relevant event
• A player or participant was found ineligible at the time of the event
• The bet was placed after the event's official conclusion (late bets)

In the case of a void bet, the stake amount will be returned to your Account Balance in full. bet4cuxi's rulings on void bets are final and binding.

Bonuses & Promotions

bet4cuxi offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All promotions are subject to their individual terms and conditions, which are published on the relevant promotion page and shall be read in conjunction with these Terms.

General Bonus Terms:

• Bonuses are awarded to a single Account per household, IP address, device, and payment method. Circumventing this restriction constitutes bonus abuse
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are specified on each individual promotion page
• Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds must be wagered at least once before a withdrawal of real money funds deposited in the same session can be processed
• bet4cuxi reserves the right to withdraw or modify any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any promotion already claimed and actively being wagered will be honoured under the original terms
• bet4cuxi reserves the right to withhold or reclaim bonus funds and any winnings derived therefrom if we have reasonable grounds to believe the bonus was claimed in bad faith or through deceptive means

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bet4cuxi Platform and may result in Account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities where appropriate:

• Fraud and misrepresentation: Providing false, misleading, or incomplete personal information during registration or KYC
• Money laundering: Using the Platform to process proceeds of crime or to layer, integrate, or place illicit funds through gambling activity
• Chargeback abuse: Filing fraudulent chargebacks with your payment provider after funds have been legitimately deposited and wagered
• Bonus abuse: Creating multiple accounts, colluding with other players, or using automated scripts or bots to exploit promotional offers
• Collusion and match-fixing: Coordinating bets with other players or third parties to guarantee an outcome, or placing bets on events where you have insider knowledge of the result
• Underage gambling: Registering or accessing the Platform if you are under 21 years of age, or facilitating access by minors
• Automated betting: Using software, bots, artificial intelligence, or any automated system to place bets or exploit Platform algorithms without express written consent from bet4cuxi
• Exploitation of errors: Deliberately exploiting obvious software errors, pricing mistakes, or technical malfunctions to place bets at an advantage not intended by bet4cuxi

Account Suspension & Termination

bet4cuxi reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at our sole discretion with or without prior notice if we have reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The Account holder has breached any provision of these Terms
• The Account is being used for prohibited activities as listed in Section 8
• The Account holder has failed to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe
• We are required to do so by law, court order, or regulatory directive
• The Account shows signs of problem gambling and the player has been referred to our responsible gambling team

Upon suspension for reasons other than fraud or breach of terms, any Real Money Balance held in your Account at the time of suspension will be returned to you following completion of KYC verification and any applicable investigation. Bonus Funds are non-refundable upon Account closure.

You may request voluntary closure of your Account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bet4cuxi, its directors, employees, agents, contractors, affiliates, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings
• Loss of goodwill or reputation
• Losses arising from interrupted, delayed, or corrupted data transmission
• Technical malfunctions, server outages, or third-party service failures outside bet4cuxi's reasonable control
• Unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate password security

Our aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount of Real Money Funds held in your Account at the time the claim arose.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude our liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Intellectual Property

All content on the bet4cuxi Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, game software, and source code — is the exclusive property of bet4cuxi or its respective licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without our express written consent
• Decompile, reverse-engineer, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of any software forming part of the Platform
• Use any data mining, scraping, or automated data collection tools on the Platform
• Frame or mirror any part of the Platform on any other website without bet4cuxi's prior written authorisation

Responsible Gambling
